Burns SC et al. – Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis is a rare but important cause of stridor in children presenting to the emergency department. Delayed diagnosis makes treatment more difficult and can lead to critical upper–airway obstruction. This case report illustrates the typical presenting features of the disease in a 3–year–old child.
