Khosrotehrani K et al. – A personal history of atopic symptoms is predictive of eczema under infliximab. Specific information should be provided to atopic patients starting such a treatment.

Many patients under anti-TNF therapy require dermatological advice for different disorders and in my practice, eczema has appeared as the main reason. We therefore sought to establish a relationship with preexisting atopy and other parameters. A personal history of atopy seems predictive of eczema in patients under infliximab.
