Ciemins EL et al. - The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), a cognitive function assessment tool, was administered via telehealth with the assistance of a face-to-face collaborator. The study included 73 patients with type 2 diabetes. MMSE scores were approximately the same for both remote and in-person assessment, indicating a high correlation.
