Calveley J et al. - The Primary Lifestyle Options pilot appears to be well regarded by participants—patients, GPs and other treatment providers—and is realistic and practicable. This programme enables identification in the primary care setting of mild to moderate mental health or lifestyle problems and initiation of a treatment pathway that, in many cases at least, would not otherwise occur.
