Liu, J., et al. - Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a common cause of neonatal encephalopathy and is one of the most important causes of neonatal death and disabilities, especially those infants with moderate to severe encephalopathy. However, the pathogenesis of HIE still remains unclear.
