Kurzwelly D et al. – This retrospective series explores temozolomide monotherapy in elderly patients with primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) and severe comorbidities. Temozolomide monotherapy appears to be effective in a subgroup of elderly PCNSL patients and deserves further evaluation.
