Cho EH et al. – The findings indicate that cabergoline treatment led to a significant and rapid reduction in serum prolactin concentrations and tumor size in patients with giant prolactinoma. Therefore, cabergoline represents an effective and well–tolerated treatment for invasive giant prolactinoma.
