Park SB et al. – Patients with severe neurotoxicity at treatment completion demonstrated greater excitability changes than those left with mild or moderate neurotoxicity, suggesting that assessment of sensory excitability parameters may provide a sensitive biomarker of severity for oxaliplatin–induced neurotoxicity.
