Jain V et al. – Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) are frequent and distressing complications after neurosurgical procedures. Ondansetron 4 mg and granisetron 1 mg are comparably effective at preventing emesis after supratentorial craniotomy. However, neither drugs prevented nausea effectively.
