Methods- 79 patients with pathologically-confirmed glioblastomas were treated with radiotherapy combined with temozolomide, followed by adjuvant temozolomide
- Median OS was 18.3 mos and the TTP was 6.7 mos
- 1-y and 2-y survival rates were 70.1% and 37.1%, respectively
- The patients with a post-operative KPS > 80 showed more prolonged survival than those who had a KPS < 80 (23.1 mos vs. 13.4 mos)
- Hematologic toxicity occurred in 8.8% of patients
