Craig S et al. – Findings for an obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) study show that 4 wks of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy reduces mean 24-hr heart rate, possibly due to reduced sympathetic activation, but did not result in a significant decrease in dysrhythmia frequency.
