Saiyed ZM et al. - Inefficient cellular phosphorylation of nucleoside and nucleotide analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) to their active nucleoside 5'-triphosphate (NTPs) form is one of the limitations for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) therapy.
