Neurotherapeutics, 07/01/09
Ekwerike A et al. – Results show that the combination of Sciemed flex tablets, BrainFun Sqautemetry, and physical therapy promote mental health, entrapment release, joint flexibility, and general well being, and also show that pain inhibits cognition.

- Subjects: 20 normal controls and 60 pts routinely diagnosed
- Review of x-ray, MRI, ECG, EEG, and blood sample data

- Administration of placebo 1 × 3 daily for 30 days for normasq and Entrap groups
- BrainFun Sqautemetry and physical therapy 3× weekly for 30 days for all groups
- Ongoing study of 90 days, with second 30 days as recovery follow-up period
- Pain assessment psychometry to infer neuralgia status
- Entrapflexsq group showed quicker recovery rate and better cognitive prospective orientations vs other groups
- Entrapflex group improved more than Entrap group
