Truong LN et al. – Buffy coats of centrifuged ultrasonic aspirations contained abundant tumor cells whose DNA permitted rapid, multiplex detection of high–level oncogene amplifications that were confirmed in formalin–fixed, paraffin–embedded (FFPE).
