Jing H et al. – The tumor was composed of epithelioid cells with clear to weakly eosinophilic cytoplasm arranged in nested, alveolar, and pseudopapillary formations. Immunohistochemically, the neoplastic cells were positive for transcription factor E3 and CD10. It is concluded this case was an Xp11.2 translocation RCC.
