Perazella MA – NSF develops when 'the perfect storm' of factors is present: unstable/pro–inflammatory GBC agent exposure, advanced kidney disease, and unique patient factors. Recognizing this combination of factors will hopefully allow this devastating condition to become of historical interest only.
