Casanova C et al. – Joint and multidisciplinary management of these patients by the obstetrician and nephrologist is vital to reduce the maternal –foetal risks that can arise from this pathology. A correct management ensures a normal foetal development and a minimal risk for the mother, as it can be observed in the cases herein presented as well as in those described in the literature.
