Ching CB et al. – A 64–year–old former heavy smoker with a history significant for hypertension was found to have a 2.2–cm left renal artery aneurysm. Computed tomographic arteriography with 3–dimensional reconstruction determined the management of this patient, who ultimately underwent successful ex vivo left renal artery aneurysm repair with autotransplantation.
