Liu M et al. – The effect of DH9 on cell proliferation was mediated by a PPARgamma independent mechanism. Since DH9 decreased the levels of beta–catenin in cells via a GSK3beta mediated degradation pathway, this acts as a mechanism for growth inhibition by DH9.
