Wahab S et al. – The authors present a giant exophytic angiomyolipoma with a visible prominent and dilated vessel, suggesting the risk of severe hemorrhage. The rarity of the size and the fact that we were able to predict the risk of hemorrhage on CT scan prompted us to report the case.
