Leclair M–D et al. – Laparoscopic retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy is feasible in children and infants whatever their age, with a low incidence of complications. Nonetheless, this procedure remains technically challenging, especially for upper–pole heminephrectomy with dilated urinary tract in very small infants.
