Oliveira A et al. - Chronic hepatits C virus infection is frequently associated with extrahepatic diseases that in most cases appear to be directly related to the viral infection. Renal disease is one of the most common extrahepatic manifestations. A patient with hepatitis C virus infection, with multiple extrahepatic manifestations including monoclonal gammopathy, lower limbs vasculitis, Sjogren’s syndrome and tubulointerstitial nephritis is reported.
