Jonsson E et al. - Autotransplantation is a management option in complex renal or ureteral diseases. This report describes a case of bilateral renal cell carcinoma treated with partial nephrectomy using bench surgery followed by a contralateral total nephrectomy. This procedure was complicated by an arteriovenous fistula in the transplanted segment that was successively embolized angiographically.
