Ghanei E et al. - A case of brucellosis with hepatitis, pancytopenia, peripheral arthritis, and kidney failure is presented. Brucellosis is a multisystem disease that may present with a broad spectrum of clinical manifestations. The most frequent symptoms are constitutional symptoms.
