Mahapatra HS et al. - Cardiorenal syndrome is an interdependent involvement of both the heart and the kidney in a spiral fashion leading to volume overload, diuretic resistance, and further involvement of all systems in which clinical condition will likely worsen before they get better. Postulation to intervene all these connectors may stop the cascade of cardiorenal connection to prevent severe cardiorenal (newly delineated clinical) syndrome.
