Schrader AJ et al. - In a study to assess whether different body mass index (BMI) levels at the time of surgery had an effect on long-term prognosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) pts, being overweight was identified as an independent prognostic marker of improved tumor-specific survival in pts with organ-confined RCC.
