Dezfuli A et al. - Improvement of hypoalbuminemia occurs in most hypoalbuminemic MHD patients who receive IDPN therapy. The likelihood and magnitude of the response to IDPN are associated with the severity of baseline hypoalbuminemia. These associations need to be verified in controlled trials.
