Kasifoglu T et al. - Conn's syndrome and Gitelman's syndrome should be considered in a differential diagnosis of patients with hypokalemic paralysis due to occasional overlapping laboratory findings. A correct interpretation of laboratory tests could be instrumental in excluding other reasons of hypokalemic myopathy.
