Agarwal SK et al. - Gatifloxacin has been reported to cause dysglycaemia, especially in the elderly and in diabetics. In this article authors describe a case of a non-diabetic renal transplant recipient who came to us in a state of diabetic ketoacidosis following the use of gatifloxacin for a urinary tract infection.
