Ramaswami A et al. - Goodpasture's syndrome is a rare disease.Eventhough the classical presentation is that of rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis ,pulmonary hemorrhage and anti GBM antibodies in circulation and kidneys it can rarely present with pulmonary hemorrhage and minor urinary abnormalities.In all the cases of repeated pulmonary hemorrahage the possibility of Goodpasture's syndrome should be considered and investigatd further.
