Mizuno K et al. - A 38-year-old woman was seen with a complaint of pollakisuria and constant urinary urgency. Although controversies remain about the effectiveness of endoscopic incision because of the risk of vesicoureteral reflux, endoscopic management with a transverse incision is well tolerated for such cases.
