Free Abstract

Park J et al. - Endopyelotomy is an acceptable minimally invasive secondary treatment option for UPJ obstruction. Preoperative severe hydronephrosis and the presence of a significant obstruction seem to be risk factors for the failure of a secondary endopyelotomy.
