Dhabalia JV et al. - Malakoplakia of the ureter is a rare pathological entity. We discuss a 15-year-old girl with malakoplakia of the ureter. She was treated by excision of terminal ureter and ureteroneocystostomy. Postoperative course was uneventful and on follow-up, she has normal serum creatinine and no recurrence of the disease.
