Hoshide S et al. - Congestive heart failure often occurs in patients with bilateral renal artery stenosis. We present a case of multiple atherosclerotic peripheral renal arteries, which might have caused ischemic nephropathy in an elderly hypertensive patient with advanced atherosclerosis.
