Ureteroscopy more effective than ESWL for ureteral lithiasis
Wirschubsky ZG - Ureteroscopy is more effective than extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for the treatment of proximal ureteral stones. The authors' aim was to analyze global results, and our initial secondary aim was to evaluate the results in two subgroups according to stone size. In case of treatment failure after first-line therapy, URS was the second-line therapy in both groups.
