Yap C et al. – The authors report the fi rst successful preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) for Hb Bart’s hydrops fetalis in Singapore, involving both fresh and frozen embryo replacement cycles. They have successfully performed PGD to avoid Hb Bart’s hydrops fetalis syndrome.
