Liu F et al. – This report describes the extremely rare case of a 42–day–old boy with anomalous origin of a single coronary artery from the right branchiocephalic trunk associated with hypoplastic left ventricle, mitral atresia, truncus arteriosus, total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage, and patent foramen ovale.
