Gutierrez–Padilla JA et al. – Impaired kidney function, proteinuria, and cardiovascular risk factors were detected frequently when mobile units were used to perform screening in poor areas of Jalisco, Mexico. This suggests that trials of targeted screening and intervention are feasible and warranted.
