Christmas DA et al. – A 43–year–old woman presented with recurrent sinus infections and postnasal drip. Her problem persisted despite her having undergone four courses of antibiotics over a 4–month period. Computed tomography (CT) of the sinuses detected bilateral maxillary sinusitis with obstruction of the middle meatal antrostomies by hypertrophic middle turbinates.
