Valley Health Upgrades Financials

Five-hospital Valley Health System in Winchester, Va., will implement the Horizon Enterprise Revenue Management system of McKesson Corp., San Francisco. The delivery system is replacing a number of different financial information systems that require multiple staff members to touch each claim. The new system will also enable patients to know their financial responsibility at the time of service.
