Jutzi L et al. - Medical students are influenced by both lifestyle and financial factors when considering rural practice. Although rural recruiters appear to recognize both factors, their incentive programs are primarily financial. Most medical students in this study felt incentive programs offered by rural communities were ethically appropriate.
