Houben CH et al. - A 35-week gestation male neonate had 3 episodes of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), the first of which was managed surgically. Two further episodes of NEC were treated by medical management. Angiography then identified a stricture at the origin of the superior mesenteric artery.
