Beijer YJ et al. – The authors assessed the feasibility, effectiveness and toxicity of primary and adjuvant radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy combined with cetuximab for patients with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma in daily clinical practice in a Dutch referral centre for head and neck cancer, comparing the results with the updated data of a previously published (1998–2002) cohort receiving primary radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.
