Hanifa Y et al. – The very high prevalence of undiagnosed tuberculosis (TB) among patients presenting for ART mandates their routine investigation. Chest radiograph (CXR) improved sensitivity substantially, allowed rapid treatment initiation and should be routine, where available, pending better point–of–care diagnostics.
