Togashi Y et al. – This study suggested that higher cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) concentration could be achieved with erlotinib and that erlotinib could be more effective for the treatment for central nervous system (CNS) metastases, especially leptomeningeal metastases, than gefitinib.
