Tan CSH et al. – Manual adjustment of spectral–domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) segmentation lines reliably achieves retinal thickness and volume measurements that are comparable to that of Stratus. This is valuable in multicenter clinical trials where different OCT machines may be used.
