Transcatheter treatment of unroofed coronary sinus
Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, 06/29/2012
Santoro G et al. – This paper reports on the first successful treatment of partially unroofed coronary sinus by implantation of an Amplatzer Septal Occluder device (AGA Medical Co., Golden Valley, MN, USA). In this patient, the malformation was deemed favourable for device closure due to the local anatomy and the association with persistent left superior vena cava (LSVC) draining in coronary sinus.
