Clinical Article
Schmidl D et al. – The data indicate that regulation of choroidal and optic nerve head blood flow (ONHBF) during changes in ocular perfusion pressure (OPP) is different and complex. In some subjects performing squatting considerable ONHBF reductions were observed during OPP fluctuations although OPP was still high. Whether this pre–disposes to ocular disease remains unclear.
