Clinical Article
Bakri SJ et al. – A 71–year–old man who presented with macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion was treated by intravitreal injections of bevacizumab followed by Ozurdex. Vitreomacular traction (VMT) developed during the course of treatment and became more evident when macular edema resolved after treatment with Ozurdex. VMT may become apparent and worsen after resolution of macular edema treated with intravitreal Ozurdex.
