Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics , 05/16/2012
Leonidou A et al. – According to the recorded experience, conservative management of Monteggia fractures, when indicated, results in excellent outcomes. Early diagnosis and management are of paramount importance as mismanaged cases demonstrate less satisfactory results.
